The Sanctuary is based in my home town of Swadlincote, where I was born and where​​ I am still proud to live
and work, in the very heart of The National Forest.​
At The Sanctuary Retreat, we offer  a range of Holistic Therapies such as Reflexology/ Foot Massage,
Facial Treatments & Indian Scalp Massage.
Our 1:1 treatments are designed especially for total restoration.'

Appointments are offered on a non hurried basis, and, as I believe everyone's appointment needs are different, timings can vary per client​; because of this, appointments are booked out with a gap of at least 30 minutes between each person, which will ensure that you do not feel rushed or stressed
before or after your treatment. Your appointment will include a full consultation before the treatment starts, checking contraindications, medical issues, and any questions you might like to ask. I will then ascertain what you would like to achieve in each of our sessions.

I source VEGAN products wherever possible and ALL my products are CRUELTY FREE.
